Grammy Prediction, Adele Will Clean House
Where do I even start with how much I adore Adele? You know an artist is pretty powerful when the minute you hear a few seconds of a song, you have to sit down for fear of passing out from the fierceness

Adele has been quiet lately because she had to be. After having vocal cord surgery to remove polyps that caused her to table several planned tours, the women behind the best-selling album since 2004, ’21,’ was ordered to pipe down and keep quiet until she healed. So she had no choice.
However, she’s made progress and is opening up to Anderson Cooper on ’60 Minutes,’ which airs this Sunday (Feb. 12) before the Grammys.
Sounds like Adele indeed turned her sorrow into treasured gold — then into treasured platinum, and next week into a Billboard chart record. Billboard reports that amid a week of few new releases, the British chanteuse is slated to top their Billboard 200 chart for the 16th nonconsecutive week, tying the record previously set by the ‘Titanic’ soundtrack.
Adele‘s ’21′ was nominated for Album of the Year at this year’s Grammys. As it turns out, the Brit’s sophomore effort already won the title elsewhere: Rolling Stone.
Adele’s live CD/DVD ‘Live at the Royal Albert Hall’ doesn’t hit store shelves until tomorrow, Nov. 29. But fans can check out a lengthy preview of the performance right now courtesy of Vevo.
Many Adele fans are anxiously awaiting news that she'll reschedule her cancelled 2011 Tour Dates, and hopefully getting back into the recording studio. It looks like she's taken the first step to preventing any permanent damage that would keep her from doing just that
Upon her cancellation of all 2011 performances, Adele was subject to a Twitter frenzy claiming the chanteuse had throat cancer. Rest easy: It’s not true!
Nominations for the American Music Awards were announced today, and British singer Adele leads the pack with four nominations, including Artist of the Year and Favorite Female Artist.
Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Lil Wayne and country group The Band Perry were right behind Adele with three nods apiece. Perry will perform on the show, as will Pitbull.
