This is one of those videos that I think everyone should see, share and talk about, because this Texas high school student is 100% correct when he claims that education is the future of this country and I'll add that giving the kids of America the best education in the world should be our number one priority.

The video features Duncanville High School student Jeff Bliss confronting, what appears to be a very apathetic teacher, with accusations that she is not engaging enough with her students and instead relies on passing out packets.

Bliss tells the history teacher to “take this job seriously. This is the future of this nation," he goes on to ask her “You want kids to come into your class? You want them to get excited for this? You gotta come in here and make them excited. You want a kid to change and start doing better? You gotta touch his freakin’ heart. Can’t expect a kid to change if all you do is just tell ‘em."

While Bliss is telling her this, she repeatedly asks him to leave the room and actually says, "you're wasting my time."

You'll see in the second video below that Bliss actually dropped out of school for a year and has now returned and realizes how important education is and says that "without that, I'm not gonna make any steps forward into my future."

The school has decided not to discipline Bliss, made no comment about the teacher and said that they wish Bliss would have handled the situation "in a more appropriate way." Why? So they could ignore the problem?
