The last time you enjoyed Thanksgiving turkey and Minnesota Vikings football on the same day was 2000, but that could change in 2016.

Sports Business Daily is reporting that it is "likely" that the Lions will host the Vikings for the first time on Thanksgiving day since 1995 when the Lions beats the Vikings 44-38.

That is the only game the Vikings have lost on Thanksgiving day though, with a record of 5-1, the Vikings have the 7th best winning percentage on turkey day. The final 2016 NFL schedule will be released in the spring.
