Wisconsin Woman Bags 485 Pound Bear

Laura Detert of Waupaca County Wisconsin got the big one this bear season, at 485 lbs.

Like many Wisconsin residents Laura and her husband Ken, who have been married for 20 years, have been bear hunting since 2005.

They both have some pretty impressive bear trophy's, but this latest one may be a record. According to Fox 11 News Laura and Ken were planted in a tree stand, when Ken saw the bear coming up behind them, Laura took the shot and got him!

Pretty impressive, and with the talk around town about who got the big bear, Laura has some serious bragging rights.
