Animal Allies Pet Of The Week Is A Young Active Dog Named Drew
The Animal Allies Pet of the Week is a brown and white American Shelter Dog named Drew who is about 1 year old. Drew was a transfer from another shelter and is looking for a new loving home. Drew is a rough and rowdy young dog who would love to arm wrestle you for his favorite toy. If he is in a home wit other dogs they would need to be able to handle how strong he is and be able to maintain their ground.
Ideally he would be adopted by someone who could devote some time to work on some more basic commands and help him adjust to playing in a calm manner. He is a great dog for someone who is active as he needs to burn off excess energy. Drew is neutered, he has been vaccinated, micro-chipped, and vet checked.

Our Adoption Center is closed to the public but we will continue to provide essential services to support animals in need, including:
Stray Services; from our contracted jurisdictions (Rice Lake, Proctor, Hermantown and Southern St. Louis County) and transfers from City of Duluth Animal Control.
Intake & Surrender Services; are available for emergency surrenders by appointment only. All appointments must be approved by our Intake Specialist or Adoption Manager.
Pets in Our Shelter; Care and medical treatment for animals in our shelters
Adoptions by appointment only; Please visit our website to see our available animals and call to learn about our non-contact adoption process. Adoption appointments can be scheduled by calling 218-722-5341.
