Build-a-Bear Opens New Bakeshop at Mall of America

Build-a-Bear has only two Bakeshops in the country, and one of them is now open at the Mall of America.

The Build-a-Bear Bakeshop offers kids the opportunity to build a cupcake, choose between a vanilla or chocolate cupcake, the frosting and of course the sprinkles. They have over 25 kinds of sprinkles to pick from.

The Bakeshop also offers pre-decorated cupcakes and cakes for sale, if you just want a quick treat. They will also host birthday parties that include cupcakes and a furry friend from the nearby Build-a-Bear Workshop.

According to the Star Tribune, the cupcakes are made fresh in the Twin Cities daily at the popular Cocoa & Fig bakeshop.
