Changes Are Coming To Central Entrance and Arlington Avenue With New Business Plan

Progress is finally being made on Central Entrance including the demolition of the old BP gas station/Sammy's that has been vacant for the last few years. 

According to CDINDuluth, Kleiman Realty is planning on redeveloping the entire stretch to a new retail center that will include the UPS Store, Pizza Hut, and a possibly a laundromat.

Pizza hut moved about a block down the street with plans to relocate back to this location with the retail center. Let me know what you think of the changes in the comments below.
