Another Twin Ports Restaurant/ Bar has been forced to close temporarily due to an employee contracting COVID-19. Dubh Linn Brew Pub in downtown Duluth posted this notice on their Facebook Page on Saturday August 8.
Sorry, we are temporarily closed. We had a staff member who tested positive for Covid. They last worked two weekends ago. We are currently getting our staff tested and are closed for cleaning. We will reopen once we feel 100% confident the staff and facility is safe. Thanks for the support!
Dubh Linn reopened on June 10 after the initial closing due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and had to deal with the challenge of diverting foot traffic into the pub because, Superior Street downtown is all torn up in front of the bar. They devised a plan to have people enter the bar in the back through an alley entrance between 1st and 2nd Avenue West.
Dubh Linn Brew Pub is well known for it's homemade Irish and American Fare, handcrafted beers and the largest selection of whiskeys in Minnesota. According to their website here are the details about Dubh Linn Craft Beer " Our in-house brewing facility is a nano-brewery offering a variety of distinct beers to our customers using a “boutique brewing” process unique to this area."
