Duluth Named One of the Top 100 Best Places to Live

We love making these lists, don't we?

Livability.com has done their Top 100 Best Places to Live list for the last six years and I'm pretty sure we've made the list before, but this year we rank #35.

Livability says they've looked at more than 1000 cities to come up with their list of 100, they looked at "data points measuring economics, housing, amenities, infrastructure, demographics, social and civic capital, education and health care."

They also looked at one important factor this year, affordability. So they say that they have "instituted a cap on median home value. This year, no city on the Top 100 Best Places to Live list has a median home value above $250,000."
