Galvaston Texas Police Officer Whips Up Elaborate Proposal [VIDEO]

A Texas Police Officer, Gregory Parris wanted to propose to his girlfriend in dramatic fashion, and with the help of some of his fellow officers he was able to pull it off.

Sara Wolff was driving along minding her own business when all of a sudden she saw the lights of a police car behind her signalling for her to pull over. I am sure at first she may have thought it was her boyfriend, or hoped it was, but no such luck. The rest of the story is history and they plan to marry in July ! :)
