Help CHUM Hit Their Adopt-A-Backpack Goal Today

CHUM is looking for some help today with their Adopt-A-Backpack campaign, you can fill a backpack for only $11.

They have a goal of raising $10,000, enough for 1,400 stuffed backpacks, and as of writing this blog, they had raised just over $3500.

$11 is enough to get students in Kindergarten through 5th grade a backpack with notebooks, folders, scissors, pencils, markers, crayons, and glue sticks.

If you can donate $11.50, that will students in grades 6 through 12 a backpack with notebooks, folders, a three-ring binder, loose-leaf filler paper, pencils, pens, and colored pencils.

Today is the deadline for donating to Adopt-A-Backpack as they plan on distributing them to families on August 22nd.
