How Do You Respond to Facebook Birthday Wishes? [POLL]

It was my birthday last week and I am very grateful for all the birthday wishes on Facebook, but do I really have to reply to each one?

In years past I remember replying to each birthday wish individually, I thought it was the respectful thing to do, if someone says "Happy Birthday" in person, I would say "Thank You" back, so why not on Facebook?

Because it is a pain in the butt, that's why. Facebook doesn't make it easy to quickly reply to each post individually, so it seems incredibly daunting to go through all that clicking, just to send a message no one is waiting for.
