June 12th Is National Beef Jerky Day! To Celebrate Why Not Make A Portrait Of Sasquatch Out Of It?

For the Beef Jerky lover in all of us, today is your day. Our friends at Jack Links, a Wisconsin Company has pulled out all the stops to celebrate!

The picture of their mascot the Sasquatch, was made entirely out of beef jerky.  Yummy! :) In case you want to take a quick road trip today, Jack Links will be handing out free samples of their famous jerky at the Mall of America .

If I had the time I would be there in a minute. Call it the true carnivore in me, but I can't get enough of the stuff. So stop by a store near you and get to eating.
