Katy Perry Releases New Odd/Funny Music Video For 'Birthday' [VIDEO]

Not sure how I feel about Katy Perry's new music video. It definitely isn't her regular type of music video. According to TMZ, Katy actually crashed some of these parties without the guests prior knowledge. The kid's party, had most of the kids crying in the end.
