Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport Voted Best Airport In North America Third Year in a Row
According to Bring Me The News The Airports International Council has once again picked The MSP International Airport the best in North America for a third year in a row. This year it has shared the honor with Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport. Both fall into the category airports that handle 25-40 million passengers per year.
The rankings are based on on customer surveys which ask questions about check- in, security, restrooms, stores, restaurants etc. Recently Gayle King shared a video on Social Media about how impressed she was with the bathrooms at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport, so obviously they are pretty impressive.
Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) CEO Brian Ryks recently said in a press release "MSP Airport’s consistently high ranking underscores the effective public-private partnerships at the airport and the airport community’s shared commitment to providing the best experience possible for travelers,”
This also comes on the heels of MSP Airport being votes as the best airport for dining and second best for shopping according to USA Today's Readers Choice. So for those of us that use this airport we should consider ourselves pretty lucky that it is one of the best around.
