Minneapolis Traffic Control Officer Gets Hit By Driver Not Paying Attention [VIDEO]

Jennifer Schlosser is a Traffic Control Officer in Minneapolis, but her career could have ended tragically this past September when she got plowed down by a driver in an SUV, who was not paying attention.

Here in the Twin Ports our rush hour is nothing compared to the Twin Cities, but we are a tourist town. With summer right around the corner and some events that do require officers to direct traffic this video is a good reminder to pay attention and follow traffic rules. Thankfully this officer has fully recovered and is back on the job

I know for one when I am in downtown Duluth or Canal Park especially in the warmer months, you have tons of foot traffic, bicycles and a few tourist who may not be paying attention to where they are going. Be alert and be safe because an accident can happen in an instant.
