Minnesota Twins Announce Prince Night- June 16th

The Minnesota Twins Organization announced  that they will be honoring our beloved Minnesota Icon with a special "Prince Night" at Target Field on June 16th,

Here is a breakdown of what is happening that evening:

• The first 10,000 fans will receive a "Purple Rain" umbrella
• After the 7th Inning stretch everyone with the umbrellas will be asked to remain standing and open their umbrellas in remembrance of Prince
• Prince music will be played throughout the entire Ball Park
• Twins Players and staff will be wearing Prince themed T-shirts during batting practice which will be auctioned off for Music Grants for Minneapolis Public Schools
• Prince theme fireworks at the end of the game
