Minnesota Vikings LB Anthony Barr Named to the Pro Bowl

The Atlanta Falcons are on their way to the Super Bowl, this has left an opening for a Viking to join the lineup for the 2017 NFL Pro Bowl.

Linebacker Anthony Barr has been named to the Pro Bowl, replacing Atlanta Falcons LB Vic Beasley, Jr.

The third-year veteran becomes the first Vikings LB to be selected to two Pro Bowls in their first three years in the NFL and the first to earn back-to-back selections since Chad Greenway.

Barr is the sixth Vikings Pro Bowl honoree this season, the most for the team since 2012.
