If you were feeling left out when My Chemical Romance did a 10-city 2025 tour that skipped Minnesota, you'll still have a chance to see the band without having to travel far!

Last week, I shared that fans had noticed the band's stylized logo for this current tour spray-painted around a number of venues across the country. Included in the mix was Target Field in the Twin Cities.

The logo, which was found in a few different places on the sidewalks around the Minneapolis baseball stadium, had fans expecting an upcoming concert announcement to be imminent.

It turns out that was correct!

The band shared a video this morning (September 22) that shows them in their "Black Parade" era-themed costumes while eventually revealing a series of European and North American tour dates that include a stop in Minneapolis in 2026.

The Minnesota date for My Chemical Romance's 2026 tour is scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2026.

This rain-or-shine show (it is at an outdoor venue, after all) will get going at 6 pm with opening act Sleater-Kinney taking the stage before MCR plays.

There is a series of different opening acts for the tour. While the Minneapolis stop has Sleater-Kinney, other stops around the country include a variety of acts like Franz Ferdinand, Pierce the Veil, Iggy Pop, Modest Mouse, and Jimmy Eat World on other concert dates.

When do tickets for the Minnesota My Chemical Romance concert go on sale?

The band's tour page links off to Ticketmaster, which reveals tickets for the Minneapolis stop on The Black Parade tour will go on sale to the general public at noon on Friday, September 26.
