New Music Out This Week: Afrojack, Coldplay, Phillip Phillips, and The Roots [VIDEO]
Finally a week where we have more than one major release to look forward, and quite the variety too, something for everyone.
1.) Afrojack :“Forget the World” (guests: Sting, Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg)-Critics are not impressed with the guest singles on the album except for Snoop and Wiz, but for fans of this famous D.J. you will gobble this one up!
2.)Coldplay : “Ghost Stories” -Chris Martin may have un-coupled with Gwyneth Paltrow, but that makes their music that much more haunting...
3.) Phillip Phillips :“Behind the Light”- This American Idol winners sophomore album according to him is a more mature sound, but for his fans he could sing the phone book and they would buy it.
4.)The Roots “… and then you shoot your cousin” (guests: Raheem DeVaughn, Dice Raw, Mercedes Martinez, Patty Crash)- Even though this band has gone through many members in throughout the years, they have stayed true to form and continue to amaze, just ask Jimmy Fallon. :)
