I loved the idea of getting an extra hour of sleep this weekend, but of course hate the payoff that it gets darker sooner, well that is not the only thing that tends to happen this time of year.

I always feel a little less energetic this time of year, and definitely lazier, although I am pretty sure the cooler temperatures are the main culprit.  Did you know that Daylight Savings can actually have adverse affects on your health?
