One Brand of Fireworks Sold In Wisconsin Stores May Explode Unexpectedly
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commision has sent out a recall notice regarding a certain brand of fireworks sold in Wisconsin and a few other states that have exploded unexpectedly when lit!
According to KMSP Fox 9 in the Twin Cities The TNT Red, White and Blue Smoke Fireworks are supposed to make smoke when they are lit, but authorities have received several reports of consumers being burned when these fireworks exploded unexpectedly.
These particular fireworks were sold at a variety of stores Target, Wal-Mart, Meijer, Kroger and Albertsons in Wisconsin, Illinois, Vermont and Ohio in the months of May and June.
News 5 Cleveland reports that these particular fireworks were sold in a bag containing 3 canisters, one red, one white and one blue which is a small cardboard tube. The TNT Logo is on the packaging and the UPC code is 027736036561.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission warns consumers to stop using these immediately and return them to place of purchase for a refund. For more information on this recall Click Here
