Paving Project to Close Section Of Maple Grove Road in Hermantown

The Maple Grove Road construction project in Hermantown is getting close to concluding and part of the road will be closed on Monday, August 19.

The City Of Hermantown announced the closing on their Facebook page:

The final layer of paving in St. Louis County's project will be placed in the area of Stebner and Maple Grove, closing the intersection for final expected time beginning at 7:30 a.m. though approximately 4:00 p.m.

Access to Hermantown Community Church will be limited to Maple Grove Road from the East.

Access to Jefferson Daycare will also be limited to Stebner Road from the South.

Access to Deerfield Townhomes will be limited to Stebner Road from the North.

Tuesday they will be finishing up the final layer east and west of the intersection of Stebner and Maple Grove Roads, making access to each area noted above much easier.

Although everyone wants a longer summer, at least one advantage of the upcoming changing of the season is that a lot of the road construction projects will wrap up.
