An Ivory Gull who usually resides in the Arctic has been camping out in Canal Park lately feeding on frozen fish and looking beautiful. 

You can easily tell this gull does not look like most gulls seen in Canal. The Ivory Gull is all white with some black markings and black feet. While these majestic gulls have been seen in Minnesota before, it's still a rare sight. I wonder if it has any meaning to what 2016 has in store for Duluth?
