Snoop Dogg is making a return to Minnesota this summer, as "the Doggfather" announces a summer 2026 outdoor show in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

Now, before you assume it's at the new Mystic Lake Amphitheater, where it feels like all of the big summer outdoor shows are this year, I'll stop you. Snoop will actually be performing at a different Minnesota amphitheater space this summer.

Treasure Island Resort & Casino, a little south of the Twin Cities in Welch, Minnesota, will be the place to see Snoop Dogg as he swings into Minnesota later this year.

The show, set at the end of summer, will be the second time in about a year Snoop Dogg has performed in Minnesota. The last time was at US Bank Stadium at halftime during the Minnesota Vikings' Christmas Day game against the Lions last December.

That show was obviously limited by time restrictions, sandwiched between two halves of football. This will be your chance to enjoy a full-length Snoop Dogg show.

Snoop's appeal has continued to skyrocket over the years, growing from just a rapper in the early 1990s to acting and even involvement in sports broadcasts like the recent Olympic Games. Even people who may not have followed him early on have jumped on the Snoop Train more recently.

Treasure Island announced Snoop will be coming to their amphitheater on Saturday, September 5. This show is open to everyone ages 5+, with music starting at 8 pm.

Treasure Island hasn't announced when tickets will go on sale for this show quite yet, but they say on their website that they will be "on sale soon".

Some of the other shows on the Treasure Island Amphitheater lineup include Foghat & Nazareth, Dwight Yoakam, Dustin Lynch, comedian Gabriel Iglesias, and Shinedown.
