Students and Teacher Find Body Behind Lowell Elementary

This is a terrible story.

According to WDIO, a teacher and some students were exploring the forest behind Lowell Elementary when they found a body.

First responders were called and the Duluth Police say that it appears that the person commited suicide in the woods and an investigation is now underway.

WDIO says that parents were notified quickly in a phone call and that the principal of Lowell says that mental health services are being brought in.
