Target is Recalling Unicorn Toddler Boots Because of Choking Hazard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Target are recalling some popular toddler boots that were sold nationwide.

The recall to for the Cat & Jack 'Chiara' toddlers’ unicorn boots in sizes 5-13, and size 1. The boots are white and feature a unicorn horn, some rainbow decoration on the back and colored fur around the horn.

According to the recall notice, "The unicorn horn on the boot can detach, posing a choking hazard to children."
