The Animal Allies Pet of the Week Is A Beautiful Young Dog Named Auggie

Auggie or "Polar Bear" as he is aptly nicknamed is a beautiful all white American Shelter Dog who is a little under 2 years old. This big sweet boy is on the bigger side and needs lots of exercise, but he also loves people and is a master at snuggling. Auggie would do well in a home with a big open yard or with someone who would make sure to walk him regularly so he can get some exercise.

Auggie was transferred from another shelter and for whatever reason is still up for adoption at Animal Allies. He does know a few commands, loves his toys and is very treat motivated, but then again aren't we all? He is neutered, microchipped, vet checked and updated on all his shots. If you would like to meet Mr. Auggie in person please ask one of the staff or volunteers to take him out of his kennel for your visit and let him run around for a little bit.
