The Animal Allies Pet Of The Week is a white and black Beagle/Husky mix named Nakota who is 5 years old. She ended up at Animal Allies when her former home could no longer take care of her. She is a very sweet and calm girl who is a little shy at first. She would be a great fit in a home where they can be patient and give her time to adjust and get to know you. Once she does become familiar with someone she absolutely will adore you and want to be by your side at all times.

Nakota is a little on the heavy side so she would love to go to a home where you will take her on nice slow walks, so she can get back into shape. I am very smart and am able to follow a few commands like sit and shake. She has been spayed, vet checked,  is updated on all her shots and is micro-chipped.

If you are interested in adopting her, please call the adoption team at 218-722-5341 for more information! The adoption team is available via phone Tuesday-Saturday from 10:30am-6:00pm, and Sunday from 10:30am-4:00pm. Animal Allies is located at 4006 Airport Road in Duluth, call the number listed above or check out there website.
