The Hopper Is A New Free Shuttle For Duluth Craft Beer Fans
A new shuttle service is coming to the Northland, called the Hopper. The shuttle service will begin giving free rides to Duluth's craft beer scene in February.
Beginning February 8th and 9th, the Hopper will be driving a one-hour loop between Lincoln Park, downtown and Canal Park with three minute stops at several locations such as Ursa Minor, Duluth Cider, Hoops, Dubh Linn Irish Brew Pub, and Lake Superior Brewing. According to the Reader, Other breweries and craft destinations will be tentatively added in the future with a hopes of a second van for Superior locations like Thirsty Pagan and Earth Rider.
Here's what Duluthian and co-owner Lou Wiggen said he wants to make transportation between the West end and downtown places really easy for the customers, as well as safe, and fun.
