Twin Cities Hip Hop Festival 'Soundset' Has All Star Line Up

Soundset is a huge Hip Hop show that is now in it's 12'th year in the Twin Cities. Held on the Fairgrounds of the Minnesota State Fair the show this year is May 26. The size of the crowds has almost tripled since the original show back in '08 in the Metrodome Parking lot. I remember hearing about that first show too and it sounded really cool and something different to go too, but I was not able to attend.

Now though over 40 musical acts all in one day and even some big time hosts like Sway and Heather from MTV back in the day. Some of the Top artists include DJ Spinderella from Salt and Pepa, DMX. G- eazy Lil Wayne, SZA and more. Last year the heat kept some away with about 30,000 in attendance but no matter what the weather this is an epic show and is touted at one of the largest one day hip hop shows in the world.
