UPDATE: Multiple news outlets, including CBS Sports, Yahoo Sports, NESN and us, reported that US Bank Stadium would be opening up for homeless tonight due to frigid conditions. We have since found out that is not the case. That is a fake story.

ORIGINAL STORY: Due to the cold temperatures in the Twin Cities, US Bank Stadium is opening their doors to the homeless on Sunday night.

According to weather.com, Minneapolis is sitting around -7 degrees Sunday night, and it feels like it's in the -20's. The stadium, which the public contributed $498 million dollars to, is opening it's doors on a night most wouldn't dare to step outside.

The good news is that by tomorrow morning, the temperature should rise. Monday is expected to see a high temperature of around 23 degrees in the Twin Cities, and the rest of the week should mirror that somewhat.
