Wafels & Dinges Opens Mall of America Location

Almost a year and a half have passed since they announced the new location. Wow, a lot has happened during that time.

Wafels & Dinges operates some very popular food trucks and kiosk stands around Manhattan that serve up Liège style Belgian waffles and other treats.

Back in May of 2019, the Mall of America announced that they were welcoming Wafels & Dinges' first location outside of New York City, fast forward to August of 2020 and much has changed.

The Mall of America is open again and most stores and restaurants are open with plenty of new safety guidelines in place all around the mall.

In case you're wondering what Dinges means (pronounced DING-iss), it's a Flemish word that means "thingamajigs" or "thingies". The Dinges they offer for their waffles include strawberries, Vermont maple syrup, Belgian chocolate fudge, bananas, whipped cream, and much more.

Along with waffles, Wafels & Dinges serves coffee, lemonade, ice cream, and shakes. Check out their entire menu here. You can find their new shop at the Mall of America's 3rd level, north.
