What Happened To The Minit Mart On Trinity + Anderson Road?

The other day I went to get gas at the Minit Mart that's connected to Hansen's Auto Service on Trinity road and found out that the gas station has closed.

This Minit Mart was my go to place to fill up on gas back when I went to LSC. According to Hansen's website:

Minit Mart Convenience Store will no longer be open past February 26th. Hansen's Auto Service NAPA AutoCare Center will continue it's great services and will remain open during our normal business hours Monday thru Friday 7:30 am - 6 pm.

I couldn't find why exactly the gas station is closed, but all of the gas pumps are completely gone. There was a note on the former gas station's door saying the same thing as the website.
