As Thanksgiving draws near, a lot of people around Minnesota, Wisconsin, and elsewhere throughout the country are getting ready to travel.

Minnesota-based Holiday Stationstores and their parent company Circle K are bringing back a popular fuel discount promotion like one they offered ahead of Memorial Day this year that gives a pretty sizable discount to drivers looking to fill up their tanks.

This promotion is a bit of a tradition among Circle K stores, but is newer to us in Minnesota since Holiday joined forces with Circle K.

The Fuel Day discount is a one-day-only offering that actually happens today, so you'll want to remember to take advantage of it during the hours it is available.

Similar to other Fuel Day opportunities, participating Circle K and Holiday stores across Minnesota and Wisconsin will be offering a gas discount of 40 cents per gallon. The discount doesn't require a coupon or anything, and it is taken off your cost to fill up right at the pump.

The discount is available starting at 4 pm on Thursday, November 21, and goes through 7 pm on November 21.

This means that as you're heading home from work, you can fill up and do so at a pretty significant savings this afternoon and evening!
