This person was obviously being very careful not to park in a handicapped spot. Too bad they blocked one off from being used by someone that needs it.

No parking spots? How about here? There aren't any cars parked in the area where people would normally be driving their vehicles.

Apparently because it's a nice car, it's ok to park literally right in front of a no parking sign.
