Barenaked Ladies “It’s All Been Done”–Laura’s Feel Good Song of the Day [VIDEO]
March 15, 2013 10:56 AM It’s All Been Done was written by Steven Page (the co-founding member of Barenaked Ladies that left the group in 2009) after being embarrassed at how “wordy” his song “Brian Wilson” was. He decided he wanted to write something with a simple phrase like “woo hoo hoo” in the chorus.
The song was very successful in Canada, peaking at #1 on the Canadian Singles Chart. However, it was not as internationally popular as their previous single, “One Week.” “It’s All Been Done” was used as the theme song for the TV series, Baby Blues.
