Miley Cyrus sure knows how to stir up her fans on Twitter. The singer and Maxim Hot 100 list topper revealed that the new single she has been hinting that she will debut in some way, shape or form at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards is called 'We Can't Stop.' Judging from the graphic she tweeted, she may even be performing it this weekend.
