The Cloquet Police Department needs your help to identify and catch an early morning armed robber.  According to the CPD, on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 3:25 AM, a clerk from the business reported to 911 that a male entered the business, brandished a knife and ordered the clerk to give him all the cash out of the register. The clerk handed over an undetermined amount of cash to the suspect, who then fled out of the store heading in an easterly direction. No one was injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as a thin male, approximately six feet tall, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with dark stitching, blue jeans, white tennis shoes, white face mask and black gloves.

A perimeter was set up around the business and a police K-9 was deployed in the search of the suspect, but after approximately an hour lost the potential scent. Detectives and officers are continuing to follow up on potential leads in the investigation.

The Cloquet Police Department is asking the public if they have any information, to call the Department at 218- 879-1247.
