Donations Needed For Moose Lake, Barnum Residents

If you’ve seen the devastation Barnum and Moose Lake have suffered from during the flood last week here are a couple ways you can help. Some of the most needed items are gift cards for food and gas. They’re also looking for disposable gloves, garbage bags, bleach, and fans. If you have a large donation you are considering, call ahead to the Donation/Volunteer Center first for instructions (218) 384-1112. These donations can be dropped off at the Cloquet Armory.
There is also an account set up at the First National Bank in Moose Lake. If you’d like to make a donation there, make the check out to “Moose Lake Area Flood Relief Fund.” You can drop it off at the bank, (400 Elm Avenue in Moose Lake) at Marketplace Foods, or Hope Lutheran Church.
