Duluth Police Are Warning the Public on Release of Sex Offender

Duluth Police is warning residents on the release of a level three sex offender.

David Houle, 55, is currently living near the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West in Duluth.

Houle has had a history of sexual contact and physical assault with adult females, this has included sexual touching, and his victims did not know him.
