Katy Petty is Coming to Xcel Energy Center in December

Katy Perry announced a new album today and a tour that will be making a stop in St. Paul in December.

WITNESS: The Tour will land Katy Perry at the Xcel Energy Center on Friday, December 1st. Tickets go on sale next Monday at 10 am at the Xcel box office and a presale set for thisThursday from 9 am to noon.

Tickets are also being sold through Ticketmaster and their #VerifiedFan platform, Ticketmaster says this system "separates fans from scalpers and bots so fans have a better chance of buying tickets." Fans can get verified here, but hurry, you'll need to register before Tuesday, May 16th at 10 pm PT.

The last time Katy Perry was in the Twin Cities for a concert was August of 2014 when she brought her Prismatic World Tour to the Target Center.
