A huge tour was announced this week from a legend and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer who is hitting the road for the first time as a headliner.

This Hall of Famer is also bringing some friends with her, with over 30 Grammy nominations between them, the opening acts will deliver an unforgettable show before the main event happens. So it is unfortunate that Minnesota was skipped in the list of announced tour dates that start in July.

What Tour is Not Coming to Minnesota?

The "Out of This World Tour" will stop at 24 different cities throughout the United States and Canada featuring headliner Missy “Misdemeanor” Elliott along with Busta Rhymes, Ciara and Timbaland. The energy at this show should be electric, there is not a weak link in this lineup.

The tour poster features Missy, Busta and Ciara dressed in dystopian, futuristic leather outfits standing in front of a huge glowing UFO. The announcement also came with a fun video featuring the three lost on a strange planet and making a calling to Timbaland for help.

What Are Tours Skipping The Midwest?

Once again, a large portion of the Midwest is being skipped on a major tour, no stops in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Kansas, Missouri, Indiana or Ohio, the only Midwest stops on the "Out of This World Tour" are in Detroit, MI and Chicago, IL.
