Kids in Brazil Learn English by Correcting Celebrity Tweets [VIDEO]
These kids are after my heart. A group of kids learning English in Brazil have taken to Twitter to correct the poor grammar and spelling of celebrity tweets. In this experiment, the kids are proving they have a better grasp of the English language than Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Miley Cyrus and Rihanna and others.
The leading English school in Brazil started having their 8 to 13 year old students correct tweets from celebrities and the kids call themselves the Celebrity Grammar Cops. The kids send very polite corrections to many celebs they follow on Twitter. It may be funny, but this video does raise a valid point. These celebrities are role models for our youth, and they’re setting bad examples for their young followers!
