Nicki Minaj won't kneel to the terrorists.

That's what she told a TMZ reporter after being asked if she would alter her touring plans because of the Manchester bombing at the Ariana Grande concert.

"Nope, because we don't operate in fear," said the rapper. "[That would send the message] that they win."

Nicki also had a message for Grande and those most affected by the cowardice act. "Ariana's my sister, and I love the people in the U.K.," she stated. "And I'm devastated by the news. It's heartbreaking."

Afterwards, Nicki said that she still plans to perform in Manchester, because the people and her fans truly "deserve it."

This is the second time that The Pinkprint creator has commented on the attack, first tweeting about it a little after it happened. "My heart hurts for my sister Ariana and every family affected by this tragic event in the U.K.," she wrote. "Innocent lives lost. I'm so sorry to hear this."

We are too, Nicki.
