Well, okay then. It seems one popular company is not a big fan of Minnesota. They let the whole world know it while praising something else.

We will get to that in a minute but I should let you know this story involves Taco Bell, which has made headlines in Minnesota recently. A 59-year-old woman was charged after hitting a pedestrian while fleeing a Taco Bell drive-thru.

Reports say that the woman was getting increasingly angry while in the drive-thru and was screaming at the person in line in front of her. As if that wasn't bad enough, she took off in a fit of rage and hit a pedestrian.

This happened at a Taco Bell in Brooklyn Center. The location is just a few minutes from the Twin Ports. At the time of the incident, it was not known what would happen to the pedestrian, who was suffering life-threatening injuries.

Oddly enough, this isn't the only time Taco Bell and Minnesota have been in the headlines together recently. An absolutely amazing Taco Bell location opened in the state, just a few hours from Duluth.

The new location is in Brooklyn Center and it's not your ordinary fast food stop. This Taco Bell is one of the future, hence the official name of the new spot: Taco Bell Defy. The store is two levels and is all about efficiency and speed. Food is brought to you via one of the four drive-thru lanes using a vertical lift. Pretty cool!

Another cool thing about the store is you can order multiple ways. You can use the drive-thru or mobile order ahead of time, getting your food just by scanning a QR code. It really is the fast food of the future! According to their Twitter account, the new Taco Bell opened for business on Tuesday (June 7th).

So what does this have to do with a mean tweet about Minnesota? Another popular business decided to weigh in on the new store on Twitter, without a rhyme or reason. Check out their response to Taco Bell's initial tweet:

What does Sunny D have against Minnesota?! Minnesotans were not happy with this tweet, with some ripping Sunny D right back and others making jokes about it. The best comeback? Someone said we are more of a "Minute Maid" type state. Ha!

Others started listing questionable ingredients in Sunny D and others were responding with Prince GIFs. What a time to be alive. For real though, what did we ever do to you Sunny Delight?
