As spectators and the rest of the media watched the bear in the tree in Duluth, we got exclusive video of the brave man in a bear costume that helped the bear down.

A black bear was discovered Wednesday morning, napping high up in a tree in front of the Duluth City Hall near the intersection of 4th Avenue West and 1st Street.
