Adrian Peterson Wishes Ricky Rubio Congratulations on Coming Back From His ACL Injury [VIDEO]

If there is one person that knows all about coming back from an ACL injury it's Adrian Peterson, so the Vikings running back took a minute to offer a congratulations to fellow Minnesota pro athlete Ricky Rubio from the Timberwolves who also just come back from the same injury.

In the video Peterson says, "I know how hard it was and how much work you put in to get back to the game you love." Peterson tore his ACL in December last year and Rubio his in March, both athletes are now back playing and Peterson is having his best season yet and is a serious contender for both NFL MVP and Comeback Player of the Year, while Rubio just returned on Wednesday night and will play only his second game back tonight when the Timberwolves take on the Thunder in a nationally televised game on TNT.
