Bong Bridge To Open This Saturday
Eastbound lanes on the Bong Bridge have been closed, but the bridge is scheduled to reopen on Halloween with some changes.
The Douglas County Wisconsin Highway Department posted on Facebook that drivers will be able to drive on the Bong Bridge again starting Halloween morning with a newly constructed bike path.
*Update*The Bong Bridge is scheduled to reopen on Saturday October 31st. The eastbound lanes of the Bong Bridge should be open to traffic Halloween morning to include a newly constructed bike path.
