College Fines Students $100 Every Time They Misbehave

A new policy at Washington State University will fine students $100 every time they misbehave.

Students busted for damaging property, trespassing, or under age drinking will have to pay up big time. The school is guessing that they could collect up to $10,000 a year in fines.  My question is what College student has $100 to spare to pay the fines? I guess this is one way to keep the kids in line!
